K-Rend Dash Receivers are cement based, self-coloured mortars, which come in a standard range of 24 colours and require only mixing with clean water before applying to the prepared wall surface . K Rend Dash Receivers are normally applied as an excellent background for any dry dash or roughcast finish for new build or refurbishment.

Standard Dash Receiver
This product is applied on to a K-Rend Base Coat or normal sand and cement scratch coat and applied at 6-10mm thick, depending on the size of the dashing aggregate.
Silicone Dash Receiver
This product is applied on to a K-Rend Base Coat or normal sand and cement scratch coat and applied at 6-10mm thick, depending on the size of the dashing aggregate. Silicone Dash Receiver has s ilicone added to it, which gives it a high water repellent quality, while allowing water vapour to pass freely through the render.
Please note, when using K Rend Silicone Dash Receiver in conjunction with K Rend Silicone Roughcast, the former must still be ‘tacky' (not yet totally cured) when applying the Roughcast over it as adhesion will only occur if this is the case. |
